Registration and Account

To use our services, you must register and create an account. You agree to:

• Provide true and complete information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Only create one account per person
• Not transfer your account to third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

Pricing, Payment, and Termination

4.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT (19%). Prices may change, but not for already concluded contracts.

4.2 Payment

Payment is due monthly in advance via credit card, PayPal, or SEPA direct debit. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to suspend access.

4.3 Termination

You can terminate your contract at any time without providing a reason. Termination is done through your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. The termination will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Already paid fees will not be refunded pro-rata.

4.4 Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract. However, this right expires if you explicitly consent to the performance of the service (access to the courses) and confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided.

Liability

We are fully liable for intentional and gross negligence. In cases of minor negligence, we are only liable for violations of essential contractual obligations, whose fulfillment is necessary for the proper execution of the contract and upon which the user can regularly rely (cardinal duties).

We do not guarantee that:

• Our services are error-free or uninterrupted
• You will successfully pass tech interviews after completing our courses
• You will get a job or see a salary increase

Liability for minor negligence is limited to the amount of the typically foreseeable damage, unless a cardinal duty is violated.

Amendments to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you can terminate your contract.

Final Provisions

10.1 Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.

10.2 Jurisdiction

For all disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions, if the user is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a public-law special fund, the jurisdiction shall be agreed as Berlin.

10.3 Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
